titleOfInvention | Resin film made of alicyclic olefin polymer |
abstract | Kind Code: A1 A sealing film, insulating film or flattening of various electronic components having high in-plane film thickness uniformity, transparency and adhesion, low water vapor permeability, excellent flatness and high insulation. A resin film suitable for a film or the like is provided. A fat having a structural unit derived from a polar group-containing alicyclic olefin and a structural unit derived from a non-polar alicyclic olefin, and having a polystyrene equivalent weight average molecular weight of 3,000 or more and less than 10,000. A resin film containing a cyclic olefin polymer. In particular, the ratio of the structural unit derived from the polar group-containing alicyclic olefin to the total of the structural unit derived from the polar group-containing alicyclic olefin and the structural unit derived from the non-polar alicyclic olefin is 0.005 to 40 mol%. Preferably there is. [Selection figure] None |
