titleOfInvention Vehicle roof panel
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and reduce the weight of a roof panel while ensuring the mechanical strength of a resin molding material integrally molded on a glass panel. SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas is dissolved in a polyurethane raw material. A polyurethane raw material is injected into a mold cavity formed at the periphery of the glass panel 2, and a resin molding material 3 made of a polyurethane foam is molded integrally with the glass panel 2. The specific gravity of the resin molding material 3 is set to 0.60 or more and 0.90 or less by changing the amount of carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas dissolved in the polyurethane raw material.
