titleOfInvention Peritoneal dialysate
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid type peritoneal dialysis liquid preparation which suppresses the production of 5-HMF and 3-DG which are degradation products of glucose. SOLUTION: A glucose solution (first solution) of a two-component peritoneal dialysis solution contains no salt, 0.5 to 20 w / v glucose, and 5 to 100 μg / mL acid. Therefore, the production of 3-DG is suppressed without requiring a special additive. Moreover, when an acid is added about 5-20 microgram / mL, it has not only the production | generation suppression of 3-DG but the suppression effect of 5-HMF. Furthermore, when about 7.5-15 microgram / mL of acid is added, the inhibitory effect of 5-HMF increases further. [Selection figure] None
