abstract | 【Task】 Provided is a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch that can prevent peeling and fretting wear on the rolling surface of a roller of a one-way clutch and the rolling surfaces of inner and outer rings of a rolling bearing, and is excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance. [Solution] Only when the inner diameter side rotating member, the cylindrical outer diameter side rotating member, and the outer diameter side rotating member rotate at a higher speed than the inner diameter side rotating member are arranged concentrically, A one-way clutch built-in type rotation transmission device comprising a one-way clutch that connects a radial surface and an inner diameter surface of an outer-diameter-side rotating member, and a rolling bearing that allows the relative rotation of both the rotating members. Grease is sealed in the inner space of the clutch where a plurality of rollers are installed and in the bearing space where a plurality of rolling elements are installed. The grease contains a base oil, a thickener and an additive. In addition, the additive contains 0.01 to 15% by weight of inorganic bismuth. [Selection] Figure 1 |
