PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce water sensitivity, which is a disadvantage of a conventional glass ionomer cement, while having dental adhesiveness, biocompatibility, surface curability, and fluorine sustained release characteristics, which are characteristics derived from the conventional glass ionomer cement. In addition, a paste-type cement composition that can be easily kneaded and has stable properties without adversely affecting the properties of the hardened cement due to differences in operator and skill. SOLUTION: From a resin-based paste containing a polymer of an incompatible hydrophobic polymerizable monomer and an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer, and an aqueous paste containing a compatible hydrophilic polymerizable monomer and water There is provided a two-paste type glass ionomer cement which contains an acid-reactive filler in at least one of the pastes.
