abstract | An anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet having low connection resistance, high insulation reliability, and excellent microcircuit connectivity is provided. An anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet comprising at least a curing agent, a curable insulating resin 1, and insulating coated conductive particles having an insulating coating 2 on the surface of conductive particles 5, the anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet. A part of one or all of the insulating coated conductive particles is exposed on one surface of the adhesive sheet, and a part or all of the insulating coated conductive particles having the exposed part are exposed. Insulating coated conductive particles 6 having a surface portion having no insulating coating 2 on the surface, and the average particle spacing between the adjacent insulating coated conductive particles is one time the average particle diameter of the insulating coated conductive particles An anisotropic conductive adhesive sheet characterized by being 5 times or less.
