abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid catalyst component, an olefin polymerization catalyst, and a method for producing an olefin polymer that give an olefin polymer with a small amount of powder fine powder while maintaining basic performance such as activity, stereoregularity and powder shape at a high level. I will provide a. SOLUTION: Contact using (a) a halogen-containing titanium compound, (b) an alkoxy-containing magnesium compound, (c) a halogen-containing silicon compound or (d) an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, and (e) an electron-donating compound. The loading operation consisting of the steps and the washing step is repeated once or more, and at least in the final washing step, the predetermined antistatic agent is washed with a total of 0.05% by weight or more based on the solid catalyst component before the final washing.
