A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, health food, and nutritional composition containing glycosaminoglycan or a salt thereof and glycyrrhizic acid or a salt thereof. Glycosaminoglycans or salts thereof include hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid salt, dermatan sulfate, dermatan sulfate, chondroitin, chondroitin sulfate, chondroitin sulfate and the like. Further, saponin or a salt thereof may be contained. The blending ratio of glycyrrhizic acid or a salt thereof to glycosaminoglycan or a salt thereof is preferably 1: 0.0001 to 2 in mass ratio.
