titleOfInvention Bubble removal device
abstract [PROBLEMS] To solve the problem that when a chemical liquid that is likely to generate bubbles is sent to the mixing tank by a chemical pump, the chemical pump sucks the bubbles and causes an air lock, which makes the injection amount of the chemical liquid incorrect or prevents the chemical liquid from being injected. This is the point. An apparatus main body, a chemical liquid supply pipe for supplying a chemical liquid into the apparatus main body, a deaeration pump for extracting gas in the apparatus main body, and a defoaming thin tube provided in the apparatus main body are provided. The apparatus main body includes a chemical liquid supply port to which the chemical liquid supply pipe is connected, a degassing port to which the degassing pump is connected, and a chemical liquid discharge port for discharging the chemical liquid in the apparatus main body. One end of the bubble tube communicates with the chemical solution supply pipe at the chemical solution supply port, and under reduced pressure, the chemical solution is discharged from the capillary tube to rupture and remove the bubbles.
