abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having excellent transparency, conductivity and contact resistance equivalent to a conductive film in which ITO is laminated while using a conductive polymer for a transparent conductive coating layer. The following general formula is provided on at least one side of a base film. (Wherein R 1 and R 2 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms which may be optionally substituted together) A transparent conductive coating film containing a conductive polymer composed of a polycationic polythiophene and a polyanion composed of a repeating unit represented by the following formula: a total light transmittance of 70% or more, and a surface resistivity of 10 to 10%. A conductive film having a ratio of 1 × 10 4 Ω / □ to a contact resistance value of 6 or less is obtained. [Selection figure] None |
