abstract An apparatus for manufacturing a battery electrode plate, in which the steps of the manufacturing apparatus are connected to each other so that metal powder is not generated due to wear of a transfer pipe for transferring the electrode plate material for the battery, and a micro short-circuit is generated. A secondary battery without a battery is provided. A manufacturing apparatus is used in which an inner wall of a conveying pipe made of one type selected from a steel plate, stainless steel, and a chromium alloy steel plate is coated with a ceramic material.
