abstract | To provide a toner for developing an electrostatic image having excellent offset resistance, charge controllability, and stability by making the dispersibility of the material in the toner uniform, and to improve the charge stability of the toner. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image in which the image density and the image fog are balanced, and in the image forming method using the toner, the developing sleeve, the photosensitive drum, the intermediate transfer member, etc. are not adversely affected. To provide a toner for developing an electrostatic image highly applied to an electrophotographic process. In a toner obtained by using a liquid containing a material constituting the toner as a toner material liquid and at least emulsifying or dispersing the toner material liquid in an aqueous medium, the volume of the toner material liquid is reduced.
