abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an improvement in reliability and yield of a two-layer FPC whose demand is increasing, and further an improvement in dimensional stability during heating. A heat-resistant adhesive sheet comprising a heat-resistant adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide on at least one surface of an insulating layer containing a non-thermoplastic polyimide, wherein the maximum amount of talmi is 13 mm or less. More preferably, the ratio of the storage elastic modulus at 250 ° C. to the storage elastic modulus at 380 ° C. of the insulating layer is 0.4 or less, and the storage elastic modulus at 380 ° C. is 0.7 GPa or more.
