titleOfInvention | Method for producing aqueous emulsion containing vinyl ester polymers |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cured product of an aqueous emulsion containing a vinyl ester polymer using erythorbic acid and / or ascorbic acid as a reducing agent of a redox polymerization initiator in the presence of a transition metal salt for a long time or at a high temperature Provided is a method for producing an aqueous emulsion in which discoloration is further suppressed even when used under an atmosphere. SOLUTION: Contains erythorbic acid and / or ascorbic acid as a reducing agent for a redox polymerization initiator in the presence of a transition metal salt, and a vinyl ester polymer obtained by using an oxidizing agent for a redox polymerization initiator. A method for producing an aqueous emulsion containing a vinyl ester polymer, further comprising mixing 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of bisulfite with 100 parts by weight (nonvolatile content) of the raw material emulsion.
