abstract | [PROBLEMS] To prevent damaged hair and comb hair from being shampooed until the end of the hair treatment, without causing the hair to get caught or tangled, and the finish to be non-sticky, suppressing the spread of the hair with an appropriate moisturizing feeling and slipping. Provided are a hair cosmetic and a hair treatment method capable of imparting flexibility.
