abstract 【Task】 Provided are a hydrogen supply device in which a hydrogen separation membrane and a dissimilar metal layer are stacked and bonded, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Solution] A hydrogen supply device comprising at least a catalyst plate having a catalyst formed on a metal plate and a hydrogen separation membrane, wherein the hydrogen separation membrane and the catalyst plate are different metals. In the hydrogen supply device, the joining tool is pressed against only one member to cause frictional stirring, so that the overlapping surface is brought into close contact by this pressing force, and a reaction layer is formed between the other members by frictional heat. And a method of manufacturing a hydrogen supply device that joins the catalyst plate and the hydrogen separation membrane by forming a ripple shape at the joining interface. [Selection] Figure 1
