abstract | [PROBLEMS] The present invention can simplify handling during storage and use, drastically shorten the drying time without using special equipment such as a lacquer room, and impair the properties of lacquer. Provided is a lacquer coating composition capable of forming a coating film free from rust. The lacquer coating composition of the present invention comprises (A) lacquer, (B) an amino group-containing compound (excluding those containing a hydrolyzable group), and (C) a functional group capable of reacting with an amino group. The mixing ratio of (A) and (B) is 0.5 / 10 to 100/10 in an equivalent ratio of [(A) hydroxyl group / (B) amino group]. The mixing ratio of (B) and (C) is 10 / 9.5 to 10/1 in terms of an equivalent ratio of [(B) amino group / (C) amino group capable of reacting with amino group]. It is characterized by.
