abstract The present invention provides a method for efficiently producing a floor decorative material having excellent dent resistance and excellent water resistance. SOLUTION: A method for producing a decorative material for floor, comprising: (1) a first step of forming a synthetic resin layer having a thickness of 100 μm or more on a flat portion of a wooden board; A second step of forming at least one kind of sap and small holes by peeling, (3) a third step of laminating a decorative sheet on the synthetic resin layer, and (4) the sane together with the entire synthetic resin layer. Or it concerns on the manufacturing method of the decorative material for floors characterized by including the 4th process of folding the edge part of the said decorative sheet so that a part or all of a small hole may be covered.
