titleOfInvention | Process film for manufacturing laminated circuit boards |
abstract | A good hole can be formed at the time of via hole processing, and can be attached to a substrate at room temperature, and does not cause a problem due to floating or peeling at the time of filling a conductive paste into the hole, and from the substrate. Provided is a process film for producing a laminated circuit board, which is excellent in peelability. A process film for producing a laminated circuit board, comprising: a base film; a resin layer formed on one surface thereof; and an adhesive layer formed on the other surface. The resin layer is preferably a cured product of an energy curable resin composition, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably a layer made of a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive.
