titleOfInvention A manufacturing method of a substrate provided with a metal layer.
abstract The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a substrate provided with a metal layer capable of forming a metal layer having a low volume resistivity on a base material by heat treatment at a relatively low temperature. (A) Precursor fine particles having a primary particle diameter of 200 nm or less and for fusing together to form a metal layer by heat treatment in a non-oxidizing gas; A dispersion containing at least one additive selected from an alcohol and a polyether compound is applied on a substrate to form a layer of the dispersion on the substrate, and then a non-oxidizing gas containing an oxidizing agent A method for producing a substrate provided with a metal layer by heating in an atmosphere, wherein the additive in the dispersion is oxidized with an oxidizing agent and an oxide film is not formed on the surface of the metal layer during the heating. A method for producing a substrate provided with a metal layer, wherein the thickness of the oxide film is controlled to 300 nm or less. [Selection figure] None
