abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of obtaining good cycle characteristics. SOLUTION: A negative electrode active material having an average particle diameter of 3 μm to 10 μm and containing 90 parts by weight of silicon powder and 10 parts by weight of polyimide as a binder is mixed with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and xylene. A negative electrode mixture is prepared by mixing 9.1 wt% with the mixed solution. This negative electrode mixture is applied to a negative electrode current collector made of a metal foil having an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.2 μm to 10 μm, dried and fired to produce a negative electrode. In addition, a positive electrode containing LiCoO 2 as a positive electrode active material is prepared. Furthermore, as a non-aqueous electrolyte, lithium hexafluorophosphate has a concentration of 1.5 mol / l to 2.0 mol / l in a non-aqueous solvent in which ethylene carbonate and diethyl carbonate are mixed at a volume ratio of 30:70.
