abstract Provided is a YVO phosphor used in a fluorescent lamp having an improved lamp luminous flux maintenance factor. A rare earth vanadate activated with Eu, or a phosphor in which a part or all of the rare earth vanadate is substituted with a rare earth phosphate (Y (V, P) O 4 : Eu). By using a phosphor coated with antimony oxide and a fluorescent lamp having the phosphor, the lamp luminous flux maintenance factor can be improved, and the chromaticity displacement can be improved.
