titleOfInvention Resin hose with protector layer and manufacturing method thereof
abstract Disclosed is a resin hose with a protector layer, which is superior in heat resistance and the like, has a high delay effect, can be reduced in weight, and the like, without causing quality degradation due to hydrolysis, and a method for producing the same. A protector layer-equipped resin hose comprising a protector layer made of a foamed rubber body that is free-foamed by oven vulcanization on the outer periphery of a resin hose is provided. In the manufacturing method, a long resin tube composed of a single layer or a plurality of resin layers is extruded, and the rubber composition for forming the protector layer 2 is extrusion coated on the outer peripheral surface of the resin tube, and then the rubber is formed. The composition is oven vulcanized to free foam. [Selection] Figure 1
