titleOfInvention A room with a hazardous substance reduction system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living room capable of efficiently decomposing harmful substances and reducing the concentration of harmful substances even with room light typified by a fluorescent lamp in a living room such as a house. SOLUTION: An interior building material 1 having a visible light photocatalyst on its outermost surface and having a toxic substance resolution, and an air flow generating device 2 for generating an air flow along the surface of the interior building material 1 are provided. The harmful substances in the air flow generated by the device 2 are adsorbed on the surface of the interior building material 1, and the harmful substances are decomposed by a visible light photocatalyst to reduce the concentration of harmful substances in the indoor air.
