(A) Monomer mixture (a) containing ethyl acrylate, a hydroxyl group-containing radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer and a carboxyl group-containing radical polymerizable unsaturated monomer, and having an ethyl acrylate content of 60% by weight or more. An acrylic emulsion resin having a hydroxyl value of 5 to 80 mgKOH / g and an acid value of 1 to 15 mgKOH / g, and (B) a hydroxyl group-containing resin having a hydroxyl value of more than 80 mgKOH / g and not more than 200 mgKOH / g, obtained by emulsion polymerization of , (C) a curing agent, and (D) a color pigment and a solid content of 60% by weight or more, and an aqueous intermediate coating composition, and a method for forming a multilayer coating film using the same .
