abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for ink jet recording having excellent storage stability, capable of forming a high-quality image by being cured with high sensitivity to irradiation with radiation, and a high density produced by using the ink composition. Provided is a method for producing a lithographic printing plate that can form an image with high image quality and has excellent printing durability. SOLUTION: (a) a cationically polymerizable compound, (b) a compound that generates an acid upon irradiation with radiation, and (c) a compound having a basic nitrogen atom and having a pKa of a conjugate acid greater than 10.
