abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic hard coat agent and a hard coat film which have high light transmittance and do not cause irregular reflection and which are excellent in surface hardness, scratch resistance, wiping property and recoatability. SOLUTION: At least one lithium salt represented by the formulas (1), (2) and (3) and a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond are blended. As a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond, colloidal silica dispersed in an organic solvent is reacted with an isocyanate compound having an isocyanate group and a polymerizable unsaturated group, and the hydroxyl group of the colloidal silica and the isocyanate group are reacted. And a colloidal silica-containing monomer having urethane bonded thereto. The lithium salt is blended in an amount of 5 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 resin solids content of a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond. [Selection figure] None |
