titleOfInvention Transparent thermal barrier film
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when a conductive polymer is used for a heat-shielding film, the stability of the conductive polymer is insufficient, so that high heat ray shielding and visible light transmission properties are achieved. It is the point which cannot be maintained over a long period of time, and the adhesiveness of a surface protective layer and a heat shield layer falls. In order to obtain a high heat ray shielding property and visible light transmittance, the present invention uses a conductive polymer for the heat shielding layer, and maintains the high heat ray shielding performance over a long period of time. The main feature is that a primer layer is provided between the protective layer and the heat shielding layer in order to provide a layer and to maintain the adhesion between the protective layer and the heat shielding layer. The above problems are solved by the following inventions. (1) A transparent thermal barrier film comprising a surface protective layer, a primer layer, a thermal barrier layer, and a substrate, and the thermal barrier layer uses a conductive polymer. (2) A transparent thermal barrier film in which the conductive polymer is polyaniline. (3) A transparent thermal barrier film in which the surface protective layer is a photo-radical curable urethane acrylate and the primer layer is an acrylic-modified polyurethane.
