titleOfInvention Resin-coated metal plate with excellent light reflectivity
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflector having good light reflectivity and processability at low cost. SOLUTION: A white pigment having a refractive index of 1.7 or more and an average primary particle size of 100 to 1000 nm is added to 100 parts by mass of a resin on a chemical film on at least one surface of a metal plate having a chemical film on both surfaces. A white resin film having a film thickness of 30 to 150 μm and containing 70 to 150 parts by mass is applied. The white pigment having a primary particle diameter of 400 nm or more is 40% or less of the total white pigment, the white pigment is one or more of rutile titanium dioxide and anatase titanium dioxide, and the surface thereof is at least alumina, silica, The surface treatment is preferably performed with one or more of titania and zirconia. Further, it is preferable that a heat radiating resin film or a heat radiating conductive resin film is provided on the opposite surface to form a heat radiating surface or a heat radiating conductive surface.
