The present invention provides a tubular object that lowers the coefficient of dynamic friction, particularly the outer surface of the tubular object, has high durability, and is inexpensive to manufacture, and a method for manufacturing the same. A tubular object (31) formed and heat-cured of a mixture containing polyimide and fluororesin particles, wherein at least some of the fluororesin particles present in the vicinity of the surface layer of the tubular object (31) are: The tubular body melts and flows on the outer surface or inner and outer surfaces of the tubular object, and forms a fluororesin film partially or entirely. This tubular body (31) is obtained by applying a mixed solution obtained by adding fluororesin particles to a polyimide precursor solution on the outer surface of a mold, cast-molding to a predetermined thickness, imidizing by heating, and setting the maximum temperature of imidization to a fluorine level. It can be manufactured by separating the mold and the tubular object after cooling to a temperature exceeding the melting point of the resin. [Selection] Figure 6 |
