abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foam heat insulation panel which can efficiently produce a foam heat insulation panel having a required thickness without adding equipment and at a low cost. SOLUTION: After a primary panel 10 is manufactured by injecting and filling a foamable heat insulating material 3 into a gap 2 between a pair of facing surface plates 1, an intermediate portion in the thickness direction of the primary panel 10 is a surface plate. The primary panel half 11 is produced by cutting and dividing in parallel with 1.
