titleOfInvention Water-in-oil emulsion explosive composition
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion explosive composition that has excellent emulsifiability and stability over time, has a drug substance suitable for machine loading, and can exhibit good water resistance. A water-in-oil emulsion explosive composition contains oils that form an oil phase, inorganic oxide salts that form an aqueous phase, an emulsifier for dispersing the aqueous phase in the oil phase, and microhollow spheres. . The emulsifier comprises a nonionic surfactant having a hydrophilic / lipophilic ratio (HLB) of 2 to 5 and a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 8 to 14, and their weighted average HLB is 3 to 6. Some mixed emulsifiers are used. In addition, a resin obtained by partially esterifying a copolymer of an α-olefin oligomer and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof with a higher alcohol is blended in an oil phase formed of oils.
