SOLUTION: A laminate having a polyimide resin layer laminated on both sides of a film having a cyclic olefin polymer, and a surface of the film having a cyclic olefin polymer were oxidized. Then, the manufacturing method of the laminated body characterized by performing operation which apply | coats a polyamic acid or soluble polyimide to the said film surface, and heats with respect to both surfaces of a film.
