A method for producing a human interleukin-11 receptor (IL-11R) is provided. Further, the present invention provides a method for producing a therapeutic agent, binding of IL-11 to a receptor, and screening for an inhibitor for receptor signaling. Disclosed are polynucleotides encoding the human IL-11 receptor and fragments thereof. Provided are human IL-11 receptor proteins, methods for producing them, inhibitors for binding between human IL-11 and its receptors, and methods for identifying them. [Selection figure] None |
