abstract | The present invention provides a method for measuring the amount of scattered antigen, which can easily measure the amount of antigen scattered in the atmosphere by an agglutination test. (A) A carrier particle is sensitized with an antibody against an antigen and blocked; (B) an antigen-containing substance scattered in the atmosphere is collected and extracted; (C) A carrier antigen that has been sensitized with antibodies and blocked is added to the diluted series solution, and the amount of antigen is determined from the maximum dilution factor at which the carrier particles agglutinate.
