To provide an adhesive composition capable of forming an excellent adhesive film having good tackiness, flexibility and heat resistance on the surface of a fiber base material as a rubber reinforcing material. A plastic component having 5 to 30 parts by weight of resorcin-formaldehyde resin (B) and a weight average molecular weight of 400 or more to 100 parts by weight of a rubber component of a nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber latex (A) having an iodine value of 120 or less.
