titleOfInvention | Polypropylene resin foam molded article and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for easily and inexpensively producing a box-shaped foamed molded article capable of thin-wall injection with a high expansion ratio and having excellent lightness, rigidity and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: (A) 50 to 95 parts by weight of a linear polypropylene resin having an MFR of 10 g / 10 min to 100 g / 10 min, MT of 2 cN or less, and (B) MFR of 0.1 g / 10 min or more. A mold-type cavity clearance t 2 corresponding to the final product thickness is obtained by using a polypropylene-based resin comprising less than 10 g / 10 minutes, MT of 5 cN or more, and 5 to 50 parts by weight of a modified polypropylene-based resin exhibiting strain hardening. A first stage foaming step of retracting the movable mold 1 to a clearance t 1 smaller than t 2 and larger than t 0 immediately after filling into a mold cavity having a smaller clearance t 0 , and then the clearance of t 1 for a predetermined time A method for producing an injection foam molded article including a second stage foaming step in which the movable mold 1 is further retracted to the mold cavity clearance t 2 at the shape position of the final product after holding.
