abstract [PROBLEMS] To produce a high-concentration carbonate spring when desired, and to reduce energy consumption and noise by circulating the bathtub water through the bypass line by reducing the number of rotations of the pump, and at a suitable temperature for 24 hours. Provide a clean bath. SOLUTION: A pump 3 is used to circulate bath water or foot bath water into a pressure vessel 12 filled with carbon dioxide pressure, efficiently dissolve the carbon dioxide gas, generate a carbonated spring, and return it to the bathtub or foot tub. In addition, by periodically adding a bactericidal agent such as sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution or sodium chlorite aqueous solution in the middle of the circulation line, the bactericidal agent, which is essentially alkaline, can be added to the bath water or feet by the action of carbon dioxide gas. It becomes weakly acidic with the bath water, and a sufficient sterilizing effect can be obtained even at a low concentration.
