titleOfInvention | Apparatus for measuring intracellular oxygen saturation and method for measuring the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring intracellular oxygen saturation and a method for measuring the same, which can more accurately determine the oxygenation state and ischemia level in living cells than hemoglobin spectroscopy. A light source (2) for irradiating light to a living tissue (T), a light receiving means (3) for receiving the reflected light or transmitted light, and a spectroscopic means for dispersing output light from the light receiving means (3). 4), a detection means (5) for detecting the dispersed light, and a processing means (6) for receiving an output signal from the detection means (5) and performing a predetermined process. The light source (2) emits light having a wavelength in a band in which the absorbance in the oxygenated state and the absorbance in the deoxygenated state of intracellular globin proteins other than hemoglobin and myoglobin differ, When T) includes living cells having intracellular globin proteins other than hemoglobin and myoglobin, the processing means (6) uses the output signal from the detecting means (5) to determine the oxygenation state and ischemia in the living cells. An index (X) is obtained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
