titleOfInvention | Electron emitting device, method for manufacturing electron emitting device, electro-optical device, and electronic apparatus |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron-emitting device capable of displaying stable quality, a method for manufacturing the electron-emitting device, an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus. A wiring 18 and a wiring 17 are formed on a substrate 11, and a first electrode 24 connected to the wiring 18 and a second electrode 25 connected to the wiring 17 are formed. The first convex portion 19 is formed between the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 25, and the second convex portion 20 is formed on the first convex portion 19. The conductive thin film 14 is formed on the second convex portion 20 so as to be connected to the first electrode 24 and the second electrode 25, and the electron emission portion 13 is formed on the conductive thin film 14. The electron emission portion 13 is disposed at a position higher than the wiring 18 or the wiring 17 and is closer to the counter electrode 73. [Selection] Figure 1 |
