titleOfInvention | Laminated optical element, laminated diffractive optical element, molding method thereof and optical material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation, cracking, cracking of a molding layer itself exhibiting optical performance molded with an energy curable resin, or destruction at an interface between a substrate and the molding layer, and there is no deterioration in optical performance. Structure, optical material, optical element molded thereby, diffractive optical element, laminated optical element, and laminated diffractive optical element are provided. SOLUTION: A plurality of low polymerization degrees formed using the same kind of material as a molding layer as an intermediate layer between a molding layer molded of an energy curable resin and the transparent substrate on at least one surface of a transparent substrate. A laminated optical element having a relaxation layer. [Selection] Figure 1 |
