PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a minus drift of a baseline signal when measuring a specific binding reaction between a physiologically active substance and a test substance using a surface plasmon resonance measuring apparatus. A biosensor comprising a substrate on which a physiologically active substance is immobilized on a surface by non-covalent bonding, wherein a fluid in the channel system is exchanged using a channel system including cells formed on the substrate. Then, the biosensor described above for use in a method for detecting or measuring a substance that interacts with the physiologically active substance in a state where the flow of the liquid is stopped.
