abstract |
A capacitance thermometer having a high dielectric constant at a very low temperature and high temperature sensitivity and absolute sensitivity is provided. As a capacitance thermometer, a dielectric made of SrTi ( 18 O x 16 O 1-x ) 3 single crystal having a crystal orientation of (100) and a substitution range of 0.35>x> 0.6, Alternatively, the capacitance of a capacitor having a dielectric made of SrTi ( 18 O x 16 O 1-x ) 3 single crystal having a crystal orientation of (110) and a substitution range of 0.38>x> 0.6 is detected.
