titleOfInvention | Method for producing naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for easily producing a water-soluble salt of a naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate suitable as a cement dispersant, with a reduced amount of unreacted formaldehyde, stable quality, and low environmental burden. When a naphthalene sulfonic acid and formaldehyde are subjected to a condensation reaction to produce a naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, sulfite is added to the reaction system after completion of the condensation reaction. When obtaining a cement dispersant composition, a condensate neutralization step is provided. [Selection figure] None |
