titleOfInvention Thermoplastic polyurethane material for powder slush molding
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane material for powder slush molding capable of suppressing uneven thickness of a molded product and suppressing pinholes. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyurethane material for powder slush molding is made of thermoplastic polyurethane powder particles, the proportion of the powder particles having a particle diameter of 200 to 500 μm is 15 to 65 mass%, and is in accordance with JIS K7210. The melt volume flow rate (MVR) measured according to the above is 20 to 80 (cm 3 / min). The powder particles of the thermoplastic polyurethane are preferably obtained by freeze-pulverizing thermoplastic polyurethane. The powder particles other than the powder particles having a particle diameter of 200 to 500 μm have a particle diameter of less than 200 μm. [Selection figure] None
