titleOfInvention | A method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam. |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam having less environmental pollution and excellent durability and flame retardancy as compared with a conventional ester urethane foam. SOLUTION: A soft material in which an organic polyisocyanate (A) and a polyol (B) are reacted in the presence of a foaming agent (C), a catalyst (D), a foam stabilizer (E), and a hydrolysis inhibitor (F). In the method for producing polyurethane foam, the polyol (B) is a polyester polyol (B1) having an acid value of less than 0.3 mg KOH / g using an aliphatic glycol having an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms as the diol component (B ) Is contained in an amount of 50 to 100% by mass, the catalyst (D) contains an active hydrogen group-containing tertiary amine compound (D1), and the hydrolysis inhibitor (F) contains a carbodiimide compound (F1). This is solved by a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam characterized by containing an isocyanate index exceeding 100 at the start of the reaction. [Selection figure] None |
