titleOfInvention | Composition for oral preparation and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral preparation which can mask an unpleasant taste such as a bitter taste even if it contains a macrolide antibiotic and has a high dissolution property of medicinal ingredients and a method for producing the same. In a composition for oral preparation, a powdered granular composition composed of at least a macrolide antibiotic is coated with a polymer composition composed of a pH-independent water-insoluble polymer and a gastric polymer. The ratio (weight ratio) between the pH-independent water-insoluble polymer and the gastric soluble polymer is adjusted to pH-independent water-insoluble polymer / gastric soluble polymer = 1/1 to 1/20. The pH-independent water-insoluble polymer may be, for example, a cellulose derivative (for example, ethyl cellulose) or a (meth) acrylic polymer. The macrolide antibiotic may be, for example, a 14-membered ring compound such as clarithromycin. [Selection figure] None |
