abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate having excellent printing durability, though it is a printing plate material that can be made by simple water development processing operation or can be directly loaded into a printing machine without requiring development processing. Provided are a material, a lithographic printing plate, and a printing method using the same. SOLUTION: In a lithographic printing plate material having an undercoat layer, a hydrophilic layer, and an image forming layer in this order on a plastic support, the undercoat layer comprises a water-soluble resin and a hardener. The ratio of the hardener to the water-soluble resin in the undercoat layer coating solution is 0.1 times or more and less than 0.7 times.
