abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a part of ammonia water from being accumulated in a liquid form in a header and entering the denitration reaction tower to be applied to the denitration catalyst and damaging the denitration catalyst. A denitration device and a denitration method that can discharge water, and an ejector drain discharge device that can discharge drain accumulated in the header of the ejector are proposed. SOLUTION: In a denitration apparatus (1) in which a denitration catalyst (3) and an ammonia spray apparatus (4) are provided in an exhaust gas flow path (2a) of a denitration reaction tower (2), the ammonia spray apparatus (4) includes: An ejector (5) that draws ammonia water into the inlet (5a) by vapor pressure and discharges it; a header (6) that communicates with the outlet of the ejector (5); A spray nozzle (7) for spraying ammonia water on the passage (2a) and a drain pipe (8) communicating with the lower part of the header (6) and the inlet (5a) of the ejector (5) are provided.
