HEK293 cell line for searching high-efficiency inhibitors of T-type α1H calcium channel and extensive property research |
abstract |
The present invention provides a cell line having a new trait in which a potassium channel is introduced, and a highly efficient search method for a T-type α1H calcium channel inhibitor based on the cell line. A cell line in which a vector containing a gene encoding a potassium channel is transduced into a cell expressing a T-type α1H calcium channel is provided. Provided is a method for searching for an inhibitor of T-type α1H calcium channel using the cell line. Since the cell line of the present invention can be usefully used for high-efficiency search of T-type α1H calcium channel inhibitor candidate groups, it is a therapeutic agent for many diseases caused by abnormal expression of T-type α1H calcium channel. Development can be accelerated. [Selection] Figure 4 |
